Better Business Bureau Complaints:
"On March 28, 2022, BBB submitted a written request to the company
encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints. On April 18, 2022,
the business provided a detailed written response outlining several action
items designed to address the concerns and improve the overall customer
experience. These items have either already been implemented, or will be
fully implemented in the next few weeks.
BBB is currently monitoring the business to determine if the stated action
plan successfully eliminates or reduces the noted pattern."
